31 Original Skin Glowing Smoothies

People have been asking me lately about my smoothies, how I make them, what I put in them and what my smoothie making process is. All of these recipes are totally original, my concoctions and variations of blending fruits and veggies to make them taste good without using substitute sweeteners like stevia (which is HORRIBLE for you) and agave which actually promotes weight gain. And by the way, those "sugar substitutes" are JUST sugar to your body. Adding anything too sugary to a blend depletes the purpose of the reason you are drinking smoothies in the first place. Sugar does not make you feel good (nor look good).

OK, end of sugar rant...

There are plenty of ways to make alkalizing smoothies taste delicious-even foods you might despise and not think of putting in a smoothie like KALE. I can make those veggies taste SO delicious, you don't even know they're in there. Trust me. My recipes are ones to try! I blend smoothies using raw honey (only 1 teaspoon) but, I don't always put honey in. Raw honey is totally natural, and if you get honey locally-it's a MAJOR health boost and a super-food. Check out the health benefits of raw local honey here!

You'll also notice that I put a lot of cucumbers in my smoothies because they have cooling properties and eliminate inflammation in the body. After I have a smoothie with a cucumber, I feel brand new! So, if you want to get glowing and feeling awesome all month long in preparation for summer read on, because you'll feel like 1,000,000 dollars after having these smoothies.

Make this the core of your daily routine and you'll be transformed inside out. This post will have you covered for the next MONTH and you will be well prepped and full of energy for summer (with a glowing complexion too)! So, get a pencil and paper or iPad or whatever you use and jot these smoothies down, you'll want to!
